Blueworx Voice Response uses two types of digital trunk adapter: the DTTA and the DTNA. These types of digital trunk adapter contain, respectively, four TPACKs or four NPACKs. Monitoring the operation of Blueworx Voice Response includes monitoring the operation of each of the packs in use.
