Stopping a single voice response node

  1. Quiesce and then disable trunks and channels, using the interfaces on the base Blueworx Voice Response system.
  2. Stop VRNode1 on the local host: dtjstop

    This waits until each call finishes and stops any applications that are running.

  3. Stop the HostManager: dtjshost -exit
  4. Shut down the base Blueworx Voice Response system.
  5. Shut down the operating system.
