Existing Blueworx Voice Response users will notice the new concept of having application resources resident on Web or application servers rather than in Blueworx Voice Response itself. Having resources on web servers allows for more centralized management.
Resources are generally fetched from the web using the HTTP or HTTPS protocol (see Implementing the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol), although they can be stored on the Blueworx Voice Response node and referenced through URIs using the 'file' protocol, if required.
