System initialization is recorded in a file called DTstatus.out. If there is a problem starting Blueworx Voice Response, you may be able to determine the cause by looking at this file. The information in the file always documents the most recent attempt to start the system.
DTstatus.out is stored in the $OAM_LOG_PATH database directory. The full path name is /home/dirTalk/current_dir/oamlog/DTstatus.out.
