If the system starts but does
not display the Welcome window, then:
- You might have typed
the name of a different display. If you were not
asked to provide a display name, you might already have a $DISPLAY variable
set in your .profile, .display.cfg file
or environment.
If you specify a different display name, and the display exists, the
system
displays the Welcome window on that display. If you mistyped the name,
and
it is not the name of a real display, Blueworx Voice Response does
not start.
- You might not have given the Blueworx Voice Response system
authority to display windows
on your display (see Starting Blueworx Voice Response from a remote terminal).
Before you can start Blueworx Voice Response again,
you need to stop the DT process that
has started running. See The Blueworx Voice Response Graphical User Interface doesn't start for
details.
