Installation procedure

The Cisco ICM custom server is put into the Cisco application as described in this section.

  1. Install the package: Following the instructions that are given in Installing Blueworx Voice Response Version 7 for the first time, use SMIT to install the dirTalk.GEOTEL package.
  2. Start Blueworx Voice Response: Start Blueworx Voice Response, and log in to the user account that you use for Blueworx Voice Response administration.
  3. Import the Cisco ICM custom server: From the Blueworx Voice Response Welcome window, click Applications to open the Applications window, then click Application —> Import —> Replace —> File to import /usr/lpp/dirTalk/sw/geotel/geotel.imp. When the import is complete, click View —> Refresh to see the imported objects.
