Data communications network

This section discusses the requirements for connecting Blueworx Voice Response to an SNA network, and also gives examples of how to attach the Power System to a host computer so that information can be accessed using 3270 terminal emulation. Connection is supported over both SNA and TCP/IP–based networks.

This diagram shows that a voice processing system comprises a telephone network, a voice processing component (such as Blueworx Voice Response), a business object server or web server, and a data communications network.
