State tables have access to many system variables to which Blueworx Voice Response assigns information. These variables can then be retrieved by state tables and prompts. Some of these variables contain information about the call in progress, such as the call signaling type and the logical channel number. Others contain general information such as the time and date in various formats. Many of the supplied variables are used for voice messages, including, for example, the number of messages in a caller's mailbox, and the time and date a message was received.
