The CCXML support provided
in
Blueworx Voice Response is
implemented to the W3C CCXML Version
1.0 specification , and provides the following capabilities:
- CCXML applications allow sophisticated handling and control
of multiple
calls, and can be used with VoiceXML and Java applications to both
answer
incoming calls and place outgoing calls. They can also be used to
invoke voice
applications.
- CCXML enables routing of incoming calls to specific
applications based
on ANI or DNIS, thereby simplifying the Blueworx Voice Response configuration.
- On outbound calls, CCXML applications can specify a channel group,
to
select the protocol that is used to make the call.
- CCXML applications
can invoke CTI products for contact or call center
applications.
