Accessing other resources

allows the system to access other resources such as speech recognition, text-to-speech, background
music and call tromboning.
- Speech recognition capability allows users to enter
data and make choices
by speaking rather than by pressing keys.
- Text-to-speech
capability is particularly useful if information changes
too rapidly or the amount of information is too large to prerecord.
