Making and breaking TDM connections

To make a connection between channels on the TDM bus, use the CA_TDM_Connect() subroutine (see CA_TDM_Connect()). To break a connection between channels on the TDM bus use the CA_TDM_Disconnect() subroutine (see CA_TDM_Disconnect()).
