Creating the main() function

When you have defined your custom server requirements and developed your user functions (not mandatory if you plan to code the main() function yourself), you are ready to create the main() function. As discussed in The main() function, the main() function will be linked with your user functions to build the custom server.

Whether you code the main() function yourself or use Blueworx Voice Response to generate it for you, you must first use the Blueworx Voice Response windows to specify the following information:

• A name and description for the custom server (see Defining the main() function)
• Names, descriptions, and parameters of the user functions that interface directly with Blueworx Voice Response (see Defining user functions and parameters)
• Required main() function properties (see Defining properties)
