At run time, Blueworx Voice Response performs the activities that have been defined for
custom server operation. These may include:
- Starting a custom server to invoke a state table
- Executing a state table to invoke a custom server, passing required parameters
to a specified user function
- Accessing Blueworx Voice Response data to process application profiles, voice messages,
voice segments, audio names, and user greetings
- Passing requested information back to the Blueworx Voice Response state table when a custom
server completes processing
If a custom server does not operate as expected, you can rebuild and debug
it (as described in Debugging a custom server) if necessary, then
modify, rebuild, reinstall, initialize, and rerun it.
