The dtexport utility copies a file (or group of files) from Blueworx Voice Response to tape, diskette, or the hard disk in the Power System. Blueworx Voice Response writes to the target file without checking to see whether it is empty.
If you are exporting to tape or diskette, Blueworx Voice Response gives the exported file the same name as the tape or diskette drive. If you are exporting to the hard disk, you can tell the system to store the text in an existing file (assuming the file is empty or that you no longer need the contents), or you can create a new file as part of the export process.
