To use the Blueworx Voice Response user interface, you need either a mouse (an IBM 3–button mouse is preferable) or keyboard. The system operates with a 101-key keyboard, a 102-key keyboard, or a 106-key keyboard. The 102-key keyboard is available with keysets for a number of different national languages.
