Purpose
Tag string manipulation subroutine—changes the value assigned to
a tag.

);
Description
Searches buffer for tag. If found, it changes the tag
value to value, otherwise it returns an error and the tag value remains
unchanged.
Parameters
- buffer
- A string containing one or more tag strings.
- buffer_len
- The total length of buffer (not just the current
contents).
- tag
- A string containing a tag label
- value
- A string containing a tag value
Return values
- SLRC_OK
- Successful.
- SLRC_NOT_FOUND
- Could not find tag.
- SLRC_OVERFLOW
- Insufficient space in buffer to store the changed
tag value
- SLRC_INVALID_TAG
- The tag string containing tag is syntactically incorrect, tag
value was not changed.
- SLRC_NULL_PTR
- buffer, tag or value is a null pointer
