This section describes the sequence of events involved in system initialization.
Figure 1 shows the sequence of events
involved in system initialization.

- The Blueworx Voice Response system starts.
- The Blueworx Voice Response system manager sends the SL_TRUNK_RECONFIG_REQ primitive for each trunk in the system to each signaling process.
- The signaling process uses the sl_query_sigproc() and sl_query_channel_group() subroutines to determine which trunks
and channels it controls. The signaling process completes any initialization
processing.
- The signaling process sends the SL_TRUNK_RECONFIG_CNF primitive.
- The Blueworx Voice Response system manager then places trunks into their initial states,
as defined by the Operating Status system parameter. This may involve
enabling trunks and channels.
