Unhandle State Table Component
The Signalling State Table has reported one of the following conditions:- - State and Stimulus match cannot be found - missing condition data. - missing action routine. This implies that an unexpected sequence of messages have been received from Distributed7 and the Network.
If these messages occurred during bring the SS7 cluster into service after problem in the network, then check for correct operation. If there are further problems now stop and restart the SS7_D7 custom server. If these message keep appearing on a regular basis then seek Blueworx support. An event capture will be required by Blueworx to analysis this problem - refer to the SS7 User's Guide information to find out how to obtain one of these.
