The Distributed 7 component has rejected a request
This may be due to a component failure in the Distributed 7 cluster or component on this machine is not in service. An error in the area of ISUPD or Network demon suggests that Distributed 7 is not running. Check the Distributed 7 network. (i) If any configuration changes have taken place recently then check these values are correct and that all components have been activate. (ii) Check that D7 component "isupd" is running if not investigate why.
