VOIP signalling process buffer allocation retry
The VOIP signalling process cannot obtain an environment services buffer. Detailed information about the error is logged. The trunk on which the error occurred is disabled after any active calls on it have been cleared and its channels disabled.
If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. If this does not work, shut down and restartBlueworx Voice Response . If none of the above is successful call IBM Support.
