VOIP signalling process environment services error
A call to the environment services functions failed. The relevant function and return codes are logged. If the error description is "es_init_failed" and the environment service is 29, you are trying to run two instances of the VOIP custom server.
Check the Custom Server Monitor window to see if you have more than one VOIP custom server running. Check the error log for related errors originating from the environment services. If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem withBlueworx Voice Response . Stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. If this does not work, shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If none of the above is successful call IBM Support.
