ISDN Layer 3 primitive sequence error detected
The ISDN Layer 3 software has detected a primitive sequence error. If there is a call on the channel which had the sequence error it will be cleared and the channel will be disabled. If the sequence error concerned the trunk, all calls will be cleared on that trunk and the trunk changed to the disabled state.
If this error occurs frequently it may indicate a problem with Blueworx Voice Response. Disable and re-enable the trunk on which the error occurred and try again. If the problem persists, stop and restart the signalling process using the Custom Server Manager menu option. All other trunks using the signalling process are disabled. If this does not solve the problem shut down and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If none of the above is successful call Blueworx Support.
