ISDN D rejected call
The number of calls rejected by the ISDN signalling process has reached its predefined threshold. The ISDN signalling process will reject calls that are not compatible with the Blueworx Voice Response voice response unit function. ISDN signalling includes information about the type of call, such as speech, fax, or data. Data calls are rejected by Blueworx Voice Response.
This message is provided for information and does not indicate an error in the system. If you are concerned about this condition, check the error log for more information on the calls that were rejected by the ISDN signalling process. You may find that some of your callers are using an incorrect phone number, or are trying to make the wrong type of call.
