SDI failed accessing error channel
SDI could not open the device through which telephony hardware errors are piped. None of these errors can now be logged. This error may also occur if no telephony hardware is available.
If no telephony hardware is currently available, no action need be taken. Otherwise, restart Blueworx Voice Response. If the problem recurs, check the errno value against those in /usr/include/sys/errno.h. If you are still unable to resolve the problem contact IBM Support.
