SDI cannot load system parameters
The configuration database could not be loaded.
Check that $SYSPARM_DIR/rd.data is present and read/write by your Blueworx Voice Response userid AND root userid. Check that neither System Configuration nor Pack Configuration windows are open, and that the ASCII console (AC) is not being used. Retry the operation that failed. If it fails again, restartBlueworx Voice Response . If the problem persists, call IBM Support.
