CA entry requested not found
Before building or starting a custom server, there must be an entry in the CA entry table that corresponds to this application. Such an entry has not been found, and the action of building or starting the custom server has been aborted. This occurs only if the CA entry table has been corrupted, and should not occur during normal operations.
Restart the custom server control program and all the custom servers. If the problem persists, call Blueworx Support.
