Error found by adapter HAL (hardware access layer) or other related software
One of the software components which handles the initialization, testing, and interface to the telephony adapter has found a problem that is further identified by the two string and three numeric parameters that accompany this error. Possible causes of the problem are: - Hardware in the adapter that detected this problem - Software installation errors or problems
