CA_Close_CHP_Link() failed

A call to CA_Close_CHP_Link() failed. This means that the link
to the CHP for the outbound part of a transfer operation cannot be closed.
This may be caused if the outbound state table exits before the ISDN_Call_Transfer custom
server has a chance to release the link. This should not happen if the outbound
state table is working correctly.

If the problem persists, take an AIX system trace while re-creating the
problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then
call Blueworx Support.
