CA_Execute_State_Table() failed
The state table for the outbound part of the transfer operation could not be executed. This may be caused if the state table does not exist or is not validated.
Ensure that the name and entry point to the outbound state tables are valid for your system, and that the state tables have been validated. If the names and entry points are not specified in the command line options to the custom server, they default to ISDN_Imm_Xfer, ISDN_SupA_Xfer, and begin). Also, if you have customized the outbound state tables, ensure that you have not altered the input parameters (for the correct input parameters, see the supplied state tables).
