Failed to retrieve channel information
A call to CA_Get_Channel_Info() failed. This probably means that the outbound party of the transfer has terminated prematurely and the ISDN_Call_Transfer custom server has not yet received a notification.
If the problem persists, take an AIX system trace while re-creating the problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then call Blueworx Support.
