I/O error during import/export operation.
The command is not able to access the file.
Review the stack trace on stdout for information about where the I/O error
occurred. If you have both the Simulator and
WebSphere Voice Response for Windows installed on the same
machine you must ensure that:
- They are installed in completely separate directories.
- They are never both used at the same time.
You must completely shut down one version (both the host manager and the
node) before starting up the other.
