Bad parameter from Blueworx Voice Response configuration database
The custom server read an invalid custom configuration parameter in the Blueworx Voice Response configuration database, so default values will be used. These defaults may not be suitable for your telephony set up. This error gives details of the invalid parameter.
Check that you have set up the configuration parameter correctly. If you can’t resolve the problem contact Blueworx Support.
As a workaround, you can configure the custom server using the command line switches (from the Custom Server window, click File then Properties). This error is still issued, even though the command line operations override the default values. Permitted command line options are: -sn, -si, -st, -sc, and -d.
