Failed to open DMS file
An error occurred opening the specified Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2 database file. The two most likely causes for this failure are:
If the DMS return code is -4203, you may have tried to run the migration process while Blueworx Voice Response is still running. Shutdown Blueworx Voice Response and retry the migration process. If files need recovering, type recoverDMS on the command line. When recovery is complete, retry the migration process. If neither of these two errors appear in the migration error log, check Table 1 for a description of the Blueworx Voice Response database return codes. If the return code is not listed, contact Blueworx Support.
