Prerequisites

TCP/IP must be installed, configured, and running, and the hostname must be resolvable by the voice response node (that is, it must have a DNS entry in the nameserver).
The system must have IBM Runtime Environment for Windows, Java 2 Technology Edition, Version 1.6 installed.
