Here are some other issues to consider when planning
for Blueworx Voice Response installation:
- Not all switches use the same timing. You can adjust the default Blueworx Voice Response telephony
configuration to work with the timing that your switch uses.
- Your
switch might be programmed to include features that make sense only
when a person is answering the telephone (for example, voice messaging).
But
you might want to turn on call forwarding, so that the switch forwards
unanswered
calls to an agent.
