How many licenses do I need?

The number of licenses you need depends solely on the number of channels you are using, as shown in Table 1 below.

If you are using HACMP/ES to direct traffic to an alternative Blueworx Voice Response system in the event of a failure in your normal production system, you do not require licenses for the redundant system provided it is not used in other circumstances.
