The basic Blueworx Voice Response voice processing system comprises:
- One or more BladeCenter or pSeries computers
- The AIX operating system
- The Blueworx Voice Response for AIX licensed program product, supporting signaling protocols to connect to a PABX or central office switch.
- Specialized hardware for the pSeries computer to
communicate with the telephone network. By using the maximum of four
DTEA or DTTA cards
in the system unit, you can configure up to 480 channels on a single pSeries computer (with
an E1 connection).
No hardware adapters are required with BladeCenter or pSeries computers when using the DTNA software support for Voice over IP networks..
