How to use ISDN single step call transfer

This section describes how to perform a transfer operation using the ISDN single step call transfer mechanism.

If your requirements for transfer are fairly simple, you should only need to:

• Replace the default Incoming_Call state table with the supplied TIncoming_Call state table or modify the existing Incoming_Call state table so that the contents of SV542 (call data) are saved into SV51 before the call is answered and the call data lost.
• Change your application so that it invokes the SST_Transfer state tables.

To support ISDN single step call transfer, the TransferCall state table action has been upgraded to detect the presence of saved facility (FAC) tag data. If it finds such data, it sends a facility message to the network using the information contained in the tag.

ISDN single step call transfer using ISDN supports blind transfer only and not screened transfer.
