The sample application: ADSI banking

This appendix tells you about the supplied sample application, named ADSI Banking. This sample is part of the ADSI component, and is imported with the rest of the ADSI component.

The ADSI Banking application consists of:

• The ADSI_Banking state table
• The adsicb.sdc source script file
• The adsicb.sdc.out compiled script file

These files are supplied in the $CUR_DIR/ca/ADSI_dir directory.

To run the sample:

1. Make sure that the ADSI custom server is running (see Controlling the ADSI custom server).
2. If you have not already done so, create the directory $CUR_DIR/adsi.
3. Create an application profile for the sample application:
   1. Click Configuration —> Application Profiles
   2. Click File —> New
   3. Type a unique identifier in the Name field.
   4. Click State Table.
   5. Click ADSI_Banking from the list, then OK.
   6. In the Application Profile window, click File —> Save
   7. For the Profile ID, type a telephone number that has been assigned to Blueworx Voice Response, then click OK.
   8. In the Application Profile window, click File —> Close
4. Use an ADSI telephone to dial the number associated with the sample application.
5. Follow the instructions that are displayed on the ADSI telephone.
