Before you start installing the software:
- Ensure that your Blueworx Voice Response system
is installed and that it operates correctly. For information on how
to do this, see the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX:
Installation information.
- Ensure that you have enough disk space for the components you
are to install. In addition to the disk space that is required for
the component software, you need some additional disk space in which
to save your SDC and FDM files (in both source and object formats).
The procedure for checking whether you have enough disk space is described

Memory requirements
The
ADSI component requires memory for each active line. It needs approximately
100 KB for 6 lines, and 245 KB for 120 lines. Whether additional physical
memory needs to be installed, or whether this storage can remain virtual,
is dependent upon the application, system configuration, load, and
performance requirements. Therefore it is not possible to give an
estimate of memory requirements, beyond the above guidelines.
