Installing Blueworx Utilities

Note: All commands must be run as root, or as a user with root privileges using the sudo command.

In addition to the base Blueworx packages, there are also the following optional packages in the Blueworx Yum repository:

blueworx-utils - Blueworx Utilities. This package contains additional applications and scripts to help administer your Blueworx environment, for example the Apache Kafka consumer for reading Call and Conference Detail Records (CDRs) and outputting these to a PostgreSQL database.

Installing specific packages

To install a specific Blueworx package, specify the package name on the install command:

yum install package-name

Alternatively, you can install all Blueworx packages by using a wildcard (*) on the install command:

yum install blueworx-*
