Specifies which codecs are allowed. If no codecs are specified, BVR uses PCMA and PCMU (in that
order). This section can appear multiple times in the config. The order of codecs in bvr.config is
important in the certain cases:
- For inbound calls which specify their codec
preferences in the initial SIP INVITE, the caller determines the order of codec preferences and so
the ordering of codecs in bvr.config has no effect.
- For inbound calls which do not specify any codecs in their initial INVITE
("delayed INVITE"), BVR will specify its order of preference based on the order of codecs in
bvr.config and indicate this in its 200 OK response. The caller SHOULD then select the first listed
codec it supports in its ACK response to BVR's 200 OK
- For outbound calls, this specifies the order the codecs are listed in the SDP and it is
up to the called party to select the first codec it supports
This section is OPTIONAL; MANDATORY parameters only need to be specified if this
section exists
The header for this section is [[codecs]]
