All DTNA errors are written to the Blueworx Voice Response error log (file $OAM_LOG_PATH/errorlog shown with the System Monitor).
The Blueworx Voice Response console log ($OAM_LOG_PATH/DTstatus.out) shows any DTNA errors.
In some cases, the AIX error log (produced by typing errpt -a) might also contain some useful information.
