To import a language specific prompt you must first have defined a corresponding language database. For more information, see the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: Configuring the System information.
To ensure that existing data is not overwritten by any imported data, click Options —> Merge on Install from the pull-down menu when importing prompt directories.
