Exporting prompts

Use this procedure to export prompts (in ASCII format) from a selected prompt directory to a file in the AIX file system.

1. From the Welcome window, click on Applications —> Prompts.
2. Select the prompt to be exported: Select the prompt directory that contains the prompts you want to export.
3. Open the prompt you want to export. The system displays the Prompt window, showing the selected prompt.
4. Click Utilities —> Export. The system displays the Export File window.
5. Specifying the target file : Type the file name that identifies the file into which to export the prompt in the Selection field, or use file search to find the file and select the file name. File search is described in the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX: User Interface Guide information.
6. Click OK. The prompt is copied in ASCII format to the selected file, overwriting any existing information.
7. Close the Prompt window.
8. More?: Repeat this procedure, starting with Step 3, for each prompt that you want to export.
