GREETING prompt statement

Use the GREETING statement to play a greeting defined to an application profile for a specified greeting identifier.

GREETING (4085551212,3);

When the prompt is played, you hear the greeting defined for greeting identifier 3 in application profile 4085551212.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to define a GREETING statement:

  1. Selecting the GREETING statement: Click Statements —> Greeting.

    The system displays the Greeting Definition window.

  2. Defining the statement: In the Application Profile field, type the ID of the application profile (or the name of the variable that contains the ID) that is associated with the required greeting. Alternatively, select an application profile ID or variable by clicking Application Profile.
  3. In the Greeting ID field, type the ID of the greeting (or the name of the variable that contains the ID) you want played. Alternatively, select a greeting ID or variable by clicking Greeting ID.
  4. Adding the statement to the prompt: Click OK.

    The GREETING statement is added to the prompt.
