Secure Socket Library Failed To Start
The environment for the secure sockets library failed to start up. Secure connections will not be possible for VoIP sockets until this is resolved.
Check that the file $SYS_DIR/voip/keyring.db has been generated. Check that the folder/usr/lib/gskit exists and contains files that are readable and executable by the user used to run Blueworx Voice Response, typically dtuser. Check that the file $SYS_DIR/voip/ciphers.ini exists and is readable by the user used to run Blueworx Voice Response. If the permissions are incorrect, change them and restart Blueworx Voice Response. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Blueworx Support.
