Ethernet not in sync

The DTEA adapter cannot detect a valid ethernet signal.

Check that the ethernet network is operating correctly and that Blueworx Voice Response is correctly configured. Then attempt to re-enable the trunk. If this does not solve the problem, shut down and restartBlueworx Voice Response . If none of the above is successful then contact Blueworx Support.
