SDI issued a request to the signalling process controlling this trunk to quiesce the trunk. The signalling process failed the request. The trunk is disabled. Calls in progress may be terminated.
Check your signalling process configuration. When writing a signalling process, see “Channel and trunk management primitives” in the Programming for the Signalling Interface information.
