SDI timed out while disabling a pack
SDI requested that all channels be placed out of service before disabling the pack. This action did not complete within the timeout period. Check for errors relating to the disabling of channels. The pack will be taken out of service, but some errors may be logged and the signalling processes may malfunction.
Review the error log and check the signalling process configuration.
